1、负责抖音互动游戏（抖音小游戏、造世界等互动玩法）在抖音的全场景经营与增长，结合平台内容生态、热点趋势与AI工具，优化游戏内容适配、社交裂变与平台能力落地； 2、围绕平台热点、内容形式、节点活动，推动游戏玩法迭代、版本更新与活动策划，提升内容经营收入与用户活跃； 3、搭建新游引入与成熟游戏迭代的全生命周期管理体系，定期开展优质游戏盘点与筛选，拓展优质合作资源，持续提升平台优质游戏覆盖率与用户体验； 4、深耕游戏行业动态、产品玩法及用户需求变化，输出有洞察的行业调研报告，反哺平台产品能力迭代，探索新玩法、新场景、新运营模式的规模化应用，打造抖音互动游戏差异化竞争优势。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏相关工作经历； 2、热爱游戏，熟悉游戏发行逻辑、玩法设计与用户认知，能拆解爆款玩法核心要素，有游戏平台、发行或研发运营经验； 3、了解主流AI工具在游戏/内容领域的应用，有相关业务落地或探索经验优先； 4、能结合内容平台特性设计玩法适配方案；具备强内容敏感性，能快速将平台热点转化为游戏玩法优化或活动策划思路； 5、逻辑思维好，对游戏数据敏感，善于总结沉淀可复用的策略及方法论； 6、善于沟通协作，责任感及目标感强，热衷与开发者深度沟通，能挖掘需求并推动问题解决，能高效推进新游引入及成熟游戏迭代的跨方协作。
