1、负责抖音电商业务商品及内容供给增长的产品能力建设，为平台供给增长目标负责；将业务目标转化为策略、算法及商家端工具能力，通过产品规模化提升商品及内容供给； 2、深入了解平台业务并挖掘供给需求，与运营同学协同完成商品及内容供给增长全流程设计，规划并落地相应的商家端建设，包括各类商家工具，任务系统，触达及策略等核心产品能力； 3、数据驱动，搭建科学决策能力，从目标识别、策略调度、追踪归因、数据分析等方面，支持业务团队提高策略有效性及落地效率。

1、3年以上策略、数据、增长、商品/营销/内容产品经验，有B端策略产品经验者优先； 2、出色的沟通协作和项目管理能力，具有复杂业务、资源协调问题推动解决的意愿和能力，有创新思路和强烈的结果导向意识； 3、逻辑清晰，良好的沟通能力和资源整合能力，对业务和商业有自己的思考和理解； 4、良好的数据分析能力，善于通过数据分析发现问题并制定相应策略。
