1、分析刻画今日头条内容流量结构和供需关系，从内容与数据角度理解和解释今日头条内容生态和供需变化； 2、负责重点渠道的内容供给增长，能够从供需/质量/画风等多角度制定内容标准，并搭建完整链路； 3、基于平台重点鼓励方向，制定流量分成相关策略，完善分成合理性，提升重点作者收入； 4、根据线上数据和用户反馈，发现和拆解内容质量与分发链路问题，联动推荐及产品，提升内容分发效率； 5、优化特定场景的内容策略和产品功能，推动其它重点策略落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上内容平台内容运营或内容产品运营经验，制定过复杂策略并拿到效果； 2、内容理解能力强，掌握多种内容分类方法，对内容质量、画风、稀缺性均有独到理解； 3、有完整的内容生产链路搭建经验，包括不限于通过MCN与创作者、同步渠道、AI生产等方向提升内容供给并完善分发链路； 4、对内容平台推荐系统深入了解，能给明确拆解分发的关键问题点； 5、对数据敏感，受过基本的统计学和社会科学训练，善于从数据中发现问题、寻找突破； 6、具备良好的跨部门协作能力，对新事物充满兴趣。
