1、本科及以上学历，有本地生活行业背景以及服务体验设计、服务策略、用户运营、产品运营相关工作经验优先； 2、具备用户价值导向思维、逻辑思维和问题推动能力； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，可熟练使用AI相关工具，有SQI等数据技能、会搭建数据看板者优先； 4、具备较好的行业前瞻性和突破创新能力，能输出策略并落地执行。
