1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有过用户运营或产品运营的实习经验优先，偏C端经验更佳；有较丰富的用户问题处理经验，能够独立挖掘业务问题并推动落实； 3、擅长与用户沟通，能够敏感捕捉用户需求并做好分析，并切实落地； 4、有沟通能力和跨团队协作的能力，工作投入度高； 5、根据团队需要，有支持其他项目的灵活性和意愿。
