1、活动方案策划：结合平台经营目标、用户需求、行业节奏和供给机会，设计活动主题、玩法机制、权益组合、会场结构、流量承接路径和转化链路，确保活动既有用户感知，也能服务交易增长和效率提升； 2、资源整合：有效整合平台、品牌、商家等多端资源，并结合多端诉求实现多方共赢； 3、跨团队项目推进：联动行业、商家、产品、设计、技术、数据等团队，推动活动从立项、方案、资源排期、页面搭建、上线执行到复盘优化的全流程落地； 4、机会挖掘与创新试点：基于用户趋势、消费热点、行业节点、商家需求和平台能力，及时捕捉社会热点、趋势、高热元素等新的新机会，并转化为可执行活动方案，联动品牌和行业打造年轻化营销创意，快速推动验证和模式升级； 5、标杆活动打造：围绕重点营销节点或重点业务目标，打造可传播、可复盘、可复制的活动案例，提升平台活动影响力和组织协同效率。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、广告学、传播学等相关专业优先； 2、具备电商平台、内容平台、互联网增长、整合营销相关经验；有大促活动、频道活动、品类活动、用户活动、品牌活动或平台级营销项目经验者优先； 3、理解活动营销的底层逻辑，能从业务目标出发设计活动策略；具备平台视角、用户视角、商家视角，既能判断活动对用户是否有吸引力，也能判断活动对交易、效率、供给和资源产出的贡献； 4、擅长策划和创意，具备较强的资源整合能力，能通过整合平台内外资源形成营销全案，并将分散的流量、货品、权益、内容和商家资源组织成有明确目标和转化路径的活动方案； 5、具备经营意识和数据分析能力，能围绕活动目标搭建指标体系，判断活动效果，并基于数据推动下一轮优化； 6、具备优秀的跨团队协同、项目推进能力及结果导向、负责人意识，能在多方目标不一致、资源有限、排期紧张或目标不完全清晰、路径不确定的情况下主动拆解问题、定义方案并推动高质量交付。
