1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网广告经验，有广告投放策略/推荐策略等相关经验优先； 2、有ToB项目和对客沟通经验优先，有较强的沟通和理解能力，可以将客户需求转化为产品策略设计； 3、具备较强的抽象分析能力，数据策略敏感度和分析能力； 4、具备成熟的团队协作和管理能力、工作细致有耐心、沟通良好、勇于挑战、善于分析和解决问题、良好的自我管理能力； 5、英语能支持工作场景沟通。
