1、负责精品游戏在抖音端各场景的经营，落地内容经营模式和平台能力结合，打通游戏与平台的用户链路； 2、深度体验并挖掘抖音社交生态及小火人等创新互动产品的能力特性，结合游戏核心玩法设计差异化的发行打法、互动玩法及社交传播方案，提升游戏用户活跃度与留存率； 3、跟踪游戏全端经营数据，建立数据监控与分析体系，通过数据驱动优化运营策略，持续提升游戏在抖音平台的用户规模、内容消费及商业转化效果； 4、深入研究游戏行业动态、用户社交行为变化及平台产品迭代方向，落地行业合作案例，反哺平台社交产品能力与游戏发行体系升级。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏运营、社交产品运营或游戏策划相关工作经验； 2、深度体验并熟悉抖音社交生态及小火人等平台创新互动产品，对社交产品的用户心理、传播机制及互动玩法有深刻理解； 3、具备扎实的游戏策划功底，能拆解爆款游戏的核心玩法与社交设计要素，有成功的游戏社交玩法设计或运营落地经验者优先； 4、具备沟通协调能力与跨团队协作能力，能高效推动内外部资源整合，与游戏厂商建立深度合作关系。
