1、负责跟进前沿多模态大模型算法进展，聚焦探索在国际化短视频内容安全方向的应用； 2、通过提升算法技术解决业务在内容理解、内容安全上的切实需求； 3、利用多模态模型识别能力，结合推荐系统技术，降低推荐内容安全风险； 4、具体内容包括：多模态内容理解、多模态内容识别、多模态预训练、内容分发策略优化。

1、计算机科学、数学、统计学等相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历优先； 2、在多媒体和计算机视觉某个领域有较深入的研究，包括但不限于：图像搜索、图像/视频分类和识别、图像分割、目标检测、图文多模态模型、和视频文本多模态模型等； 3、熟悉多模态大模型工作优先，包括但不限于llava，mini-Gemini，Qwen-VL等； 4、有较强的实践能力，在Kaggle，COCO，ImageNet，ActivityNet等比赛获奖者优先；有顶级学术会议（如CVPR、ICCV、ECCV等）发表论文者优先。
