1、投身虚拟直播开发全程，利用Unreal引擎精心搭建虚拟场景，着重表现不同风格的角色形象，确保角色在视觉效果与交互体验上达到高标准； 2、主导虚拟直播功能模块开发，无论是玩法系统、UI界面，还是角色行为逻辑，都需依据产品方案精准实现； 3、与美术团队紧密协作，理解美术资源需求，将精美的美术素材完美融入游戏，同时对资源进行合理优化，保障运行性能； 4、积极参与性能优化工作，从渲染效率提升到内存管理优化，全方位提升游戏在不同平台的流畅度与稳定性； 5、协助解决开发过程中的技术难题，主动排查并修复各类程序Bug，确保项目开发顺利推进。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握C++，对C++有深刻理解； 3、熟练运用C#，Lua语言撰写客户端代码； 4、有UE引擎开发经验，具备一定的计算机图形学知识。
