1、负责抖音、直播等多个业务场景下，机器学习、深度学习、LLM等算法的应用研究与算法落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于建模、关系图谱挖掘、行为序列预测、风险发现与识别等； 2、探索LLM、大模型微调、RAG、Agent等前沿AI技术在风险分析、知识理解、智能研判等方向的应用，推动AI能力在实际业务中落地； 3、深度参与算法系统的设计与研发，和产品经理、运营、数据研发等同学密切配合，推动算法能力持续迭代并产生业务价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习和模式识别等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的算法设计能力和过硬的编码能力；熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等至少一项机器学习框架；熟悉Spark、Hive、Storm、Hadoop等至少一项分布式系统； 3、在以下一个或多个算法领域上有深度的理解和实践经验：机器学习、数据挖掘、NLP、图像、多模态、大模型、数据分析、分布式计算等；有国际顶级会议/期刊论文、有知名GitHub开源作品等公开成果、曾获Kaggle/ACM等算法比赛奖项等相关经验优先。
