1、负责国际支付和金融海内外市场的增长和市场分析，明确用户增长空间、业务目标及具体竞争手段； 2、深入分析与增长相关的各方向核心手段（拉新、留存、促活等）的空间、问题和效率，制定预算管理的标准和规范，最大化提升增长收益；深度与相关部门协作，推进结果落地，跟踪效果并定期迭代； 3、关注用户核心数据与指标洞察，及时预警风险，发现机会点和问题，并形成关键解决建议，协同横向各业务团队，驱动专项落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有较强的业务策略分析、规划能力，深度理解增长业务，能够结合市场调研、用户调研、数据分析和人工评估，给出全局视角、依据充分、清晰客观的业务策略； 3、有良好的结构化表达和逻辑思维能力，业务重点和优先级判断力强，数据敏感度高； 4、每周至少保证4天实习时间，实习期3个月起；优秀的沟通协调能力、强责任心和推动力。
