1、负责独立端用户增长与经营运营，围绕规模与损益目标，统筹新客承接、低活拉活、高活提频、大促经营与核心玩法运营，推动DAU、MAC、GMV与经营效率提升； 2、通过数据分析、用户分层与经营复盘，识别影响规模、结构与钱效的关键问题，制定人群、补贴、节奏与场域策略，围绕金币、省钱卡、消费券、三单挑战优化补贴分配与转化链路； 3、挖掘新运营场景与经营打法，负责试点验证、资源协同与规模化落地，持续优化高价值用户识别、补贴节奏与大促差异化策略，并能够基于端阶段增长目标设计匹配业务增长诉求的供给迭代策略，为端最终规模和损益结果负责； 4、协同产品、数据、研发、供给等团队推进落地，建立人群口径、评估体系与复盘机制，沉淀可复用的增长运营方法论； 5、承担重点经营专项与团队管理，能从业务结果反推策略方向，既抓重大节点，也带团队形成稳定的策略判断与执行能力。

1、本科学历及以上，5年以上互联网运营、增长运营、用户运营或电商经营经验；有补贴策略、会员运营、活动运营或经营分析经验者优先； 2、有成熟增长业务背景，能围绕规模、补贴效率、留存与交易结果形成完整经营判断，而非停留在单项目执行； 3、对电商增长与经营逻辑理解深入，熟悉人群分层、补贴玩法、节点经营、拉新拉活、提频复购，能在约束下找到有效增长杠杆； 4、能独立完成经营分析、策略制定、专项推进与效果复盘；有主导重点增长专项或大促经营项目并拿到明确结果者优先； 5、数据敏感度与系统性思考能力强，能通过人群、场域、补贴、节奏多维联动实现经营优化；跨团队协同能力好、拿结果能力强，有战略思维加分。
