1、参与抖音游戏的策略优化，包括游戏用户营销&增长、游戏主播拉新&留存、游戏厂商预算分配等方面的建模优化工作； 2、负责提供抖音游戏场景下的策略解决方案，包括但不限于数据挖掘、序列识别、诊断归因、任务激励等； 3、深入参与产品/业务的讨论，充分分析和理解用户行为模式，通过数据发现游戏业务的增长问题，应用前沿的机器学习算法模型落地解决。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，至少熟练掌握C/C++/Go/Python一种开发语言； 3、掌握机器学习/深度学习的基础知识以及相应的前沿算法，并在推荐、搜索、数据挖掘场景等领域深度工作，有策略、增长、推荐等相关领域或者项目实践经验者优先； 4、熟悉常用的大数据开发工具（Spark/Hive/Hadoop等），模型开发框架（Tensorflow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn等）； 5、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情，良好的沟通和团队合作能力，对游戏行业、直播行业有一定了解者优先。
