1、负责响应及处理公司内部同事在使用平台过程中的各类咨询与问题反馈（功能使用、报错排查等）； 2、针对用户反馈的报错、异常情况进行排查和定位，结合日志、配置及业务背景给出解决方案或临时绕行方案； 3、梳理和沉淀常见问题（FAQ）、操作指引和最佳实践文档，持续优化内部知识库，提升问题解决效率； 4、关注平台使用情况与用户体验，收集、整理并反馈用户需求与改进建议，协同产品和研发团队持续优化产品。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理或相关专业优先； 2、具备1年及以上技术支持/客户服务/运维支持等相关工作经验者优先； 3、有BI平台、数据分析工具（如Power BI、Tableau、FineBI等）使用或支持经验者优先； 4、具备基础的技术背景，熟悉Web应用的基本原理，能阅读基本的报错信息并进行初步分析； 5、具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识与团队协作能力，善于用通俗易懂的语言向非技术同事解释技术问题； 6、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，责任心强，对数据产品、BI工具和业务分析有兴趣，愿意持续学习相关知识和新工具。
