1、负责大家电某一品类线的商家拓展与自营直播间经营工作，制定销售目标及返利激励方案策略，持续跟踪行业及市场动态，跟进货盘供给、定价策略、活动节奏等全链路运营，推动销售目标达成； 2、拓展流量：对接商家自有直播间及达人资源，推动自营店铺货盘的分发与动销，提升品类GMV规模； 3、运营提效：监控日常经营数据（销量、转化率、毛利、退货率等），及时发现经营问题并推动解决，定期输出业务复盘及优化方案； 4、跨部门协作：协调平台内部流量、营销、产品等资源，争取经营所需的政策支持和资源倾斜，保障业务目标落地。

1、本科及以上学历，有电商/零售/家电行业运营经验，具备手机、数码、家电等耐用消费品品类经营经验，其中家电行业经验者优先； 2、有直播电商工作经验，对抖音直播流量分发逻辑、精选联盟带货机制有深入理解； 3、具备商家/品牌方资源拓展和商务谈判能力，有品牌方、经销商等B端客户对接经验；能够适应出差，与商家、跨部门团队均能建立良好的合作关系； 4、具备较强的自驱力和执行力，对结果负责，愿意面对新业务挑战； 5、对数据敏感，具备较强的经营数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、驱动决策。
