1、负责达人营销平台需求侧产品运营，围绕品牌客户、代理商及商家等不同生意类型，制定商业增长及产品运营策略，推动达人营销产品规模化增长； 2、深入理解品牌营销、广告、电商等商业场景，洞察客户需求及行业趋势，推动产品能力、商业模式及运营策略持续优化，提升平台商业价值； 3、围绕客户入驻、达人合作、Campaign创建、支付结算、履约交付、广告联投等核心链路，推动产品GTM、运营机制建设及产品能力迭代，持续优化客户体验与业务效率； 4、建设平台化运营体系，包括客户分层、行业解决方案、商业政策、增长策略及运营机制，持续提升平台渗透率、交易转化及商业化效率，基于数据分析与业务洞察，持续评估产品增长、商业转化、收入贡献及客户价值等核心指标，沉淀可复制的平台运营方法论； 5、协同产品、销售、策略、数据、内容生态及区域团队，推动重点项目、行业解决方案落地，加速产品商业化增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品运营、商业化运营、平台运营、策略运营或交易型业务运营经验，有广告平台、达人营销或相关行业经验者优先； 2、深入理解品牌营销、广告商业化或达人营销业务，能够结合客户需求及行业特点制定增长策略，并推动业务持续发展； 3、具备平台化运营思维，能够围绕商业增长、产品渗透及运营效率设计可规模化、可产品化的运营机制； 4、具备优秀的数据分析与业务洞察能力，能够通过数据发现问题、制定策略并推动业务持续优化； 5、具备优秀的跨团队协作及项目管理能力，能够推动复杂项目落地，与全球跨职能团队高效协作； 6、英语流利，可作为工作语言开展跨区域沟通、项目协作及文档撰写。
