1、高效整合并引入消费券资源，通过策划与执行一体化的政务营销活动，推动政务支持与业务发展紧密结合，协同相关部门完成消费券发放执行和区域统筹工作，把控执行风险，协助处理风控、客户投诉等问题； 2、负责整合平台及区域政务资源，构建并完善城市政务文旅IP体系，通过项目和业务联动牵引，支持区域生态建设并进行系统化政企合作建设； 3、负责相关部门与市场的洞察与分析，挖掘与相关部门合作机会，定期总结复盘，运用成熟方法论评估项目效果，持续优化运营机制。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上互联网平台营销经验，有相关部门资源和较强的相关部门体系经验优先； 2、具备较强的项目统筹及营销策划能力，熟悉全平台营销活动玩法，敏锐的市场洞察与数据分析能力，熟练运用各类营销工具与数据分析工具； 3、具备较强的商务洽谈能力，能够跨部门沟通及资源整合，协同团队保障项目落地； 4、具备较强的责任心和主动性，工作细心灵活，具有良好的团队合作精神，接受高频次出差。
