1、拥有3年以上行业市场营销、传播相关工作经验，有内容平台/社区/创作者生态相关经验者优先； 2、熟悉互联网营销全链路框架，具备品牌营销、效果营销、内容营销等多维度实操经验； 3、内容敏感度高：能快速识别什么是“好内容”、什么内容能打动人，对内容传播有直觉和判断力； 4、跨部门协作能力：能有效联动产品、运营、创作者生态等多条线推进项目； 5、有ACG相关内容营销经验优先。
