团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、负责模块的技术设计、开发与持续迭代，参与复杂业务场景下的系统建模与领域设计，构建高可用、高并发、可扩展的后端服务，参与系统架构优化，推动工程架构升级、性能调优与稳定性建设，解决技术难题； 2、参与AI技术在工作流引擎、智能项目管理等业务场景中的应用探索，将前沿AI能力融入产品体验，驱动业务创新； 3、持续优化研发流程、代码质量与工程实践，参与AI在研发流程中的探索与落地，推动团队工程能力提升； 4、负责系统的稳定性保障，快速定位解决问题，持续优化系统稳定性，以及故障响应和处理能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，热爱编程，基础扎实——深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法功底，具备扎实的编程能力； 2、对至少一种后端开发语言有深入理解（Golang/Java等），熟悉MySQL、Redis、消息队列等核心组件的原理与实践，有分布式系统开发经验更优； 3、有丰富的后端开发实践经验，能够独立完成高质量的端到端交付，包括技术设计、开发、部署及线上问题追查，具备良好的工程习惯，有项目管理工具、SaaS平台、企业级协同软件研发经验者优先； 4、关注AI技术发展趋势，了解大模型、LLM应用、AI Agent等核心技术原理，对AI技术落地有热情和独立思考，有相关实践经验更优； 5、对系统架构、性能优化有一定思考，乐于钻研技术原理，关注业界最新技术动态，有强烈的好奇心和进取心； 6、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神。
