1、负责银行卡及非银行卡收单全流程运营管理，统筹商户拓展、入网审核、交易监控、日常运维及非银行卡服务供应商的生命周期管理，保障收单业务稳定运转； 2、对接各大国际卡组织及合作机构，推进渠道协同、政策落地与业务对接，处理跨方协作问题与突发事项； 3、分析交易数据、商户经营及风险指标，输出运营优化方案，提升交易规模、交易成功率与运营效率； 4、解读支付行业各项政策、行业规范，推动业务合规升级，梳理运营流程并持续迭代优化； 5、部门性质项目的临时统筹协调工作。

1、具有会计、金融、经济、工商管理等相关专业本科学历/硕士学位； 2、3年以上国际卡组织或银行的中后台运营经验优先； 3、能熟练使用中文，英文流利进行无障碍沟通，掌握其他外语加分； 4、问题的分析和解决能力；数据/结果导向。
