1、负责生活服务东区中小商户的品类运营（产品方向），作为业务中台与产品团队的对接人，依托现有产品能力制定业务增长策略与产品优化迭代方案，对品类业务增长指标直接负责； 2、深入理解平台商家端、销售端、用户端全链路产品逻辑，结合一线真实业务场景推进产品能力落地与规模化普及，用产品驱动业绩结果； 3、搭建"数据分析＋贴地调研→提炼产品需求→推动产品/资源迭代"的完整闭环，将一线业务与商户真实反馈提炼为产品语言、驱动产品迭代适配，并以强推动力提升产品在业务侧的普及与规模化应用； 4、持续监控产品渗透与业务增长核心指标，定期复盘总结，探索到店营销产品玩法新模式，沉淀可复用的行业标准方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，3–5年互联网运营经验，其中至少2年品类/产品完整运营经验（有独立操盘经历，非零散执行），产品运营/平台运营背景，熟悉生活服务生态者优先； 2、具备扎实的产品意识与商家/平台/销售三端视角，能独立完成“数据分析+贴地调研→需求提炼→推动落地”的业务闭环；精通Excel、Thinkcell等工具，能独立取数、分析并输出业务判断——数据能力是基础项，必须服务于业务动作落地； 3、具备跨部门协作实战经验，尤其是推动产品迭代、并借此拿到明确业务指标跨越式增长的成功案例；擅长复杂项目推进、多方沟通与内外部资源整合； 4、聪明、皮实、自驱、高投入：逻辑清晰、结构化拆解能力强，目标导向、具备长周期产品迭代的推进能力，注重复盘沉淀，敢于创新试错并落地。
