1、线索管理与调查：负责管理公司内部违规举报线索，对违反职场尊重、利益冲突、损害公平氛围等职业道德类违规案件进行独立、公正调查，通过专业的调查技巧和方法，收集和分析证据，输出完整规范的结论报告和处理方案，并平稳推动后续处置； 2、证据审查与执行：审查、核实廉洁舞弊、信息安全等案件的调查结论与证据材料，并依据公司政策及管理需求，提出最终处理意见，并妥善执行公司的最终决定； 3、风险识别与治理：通过案件汇总分析，能有效识别公司内部合规风险，站在管理视角，积极推动跨部门协作，输出切实可行的改进意见，解决系统或流程风险； 4、合规宣传贯彻与协作：参与内部合规项目协作，完善各项合规制度与工作流程，注重防范和化解职业道德及合规的相关风险；支持合规政策的宣传贯彻与培训，推广公司廉洁合规文化。

1、本科及以上学历，法律专业优先； 2、3年以上律师、法官工作经验，或企业合规、调查、员工关系等相关工作经验； 3、优秀的逻辑思维和判断力、原则性强，能够对复杂事情有判断，有依据、高标准、强执行； 4、出色的沟通协调能力与多任务处理能力，能适应快节奏工作环境； 5、英语可作为工作语言者优先。
