1、负责字节跳动线索行业自动化投放产品的产品设计和策略迭代，为自动化投放产品的收入目标负责； 2、深入理解竞价广告投放系统，从投放流程、智能出价优化、创意制作、线索销转、AIGC等角度为客户完善投放产品能力，优化投放效果； 3、有较好的客户视角，充分理解客户经营模式，不断优化和深入投放目标，完善自动化能力，降低客户投放难度，提升客户投放效果； 4、与运营、销售团队合作，推动产品相关推广工作顺利进行，结合客户反馈，制定产品优化方向，推动产品不断迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上产品工作经验，有广告策略经验相关行业经验优先； 2、对线索广告和链路有一定的了解，能独立完善需求调研、数据分析、产品设计工作，具备项目管理能力； 3、有较强的沟通能力和理解能力，工作细致有耐心，沟通清晰有重点、喜欢挑战和追求极致，有良好的自我管理能力； 4、具备敏锐的商业洞察力、强力自驱力、较强的数据分析能力、较好的逻辑思维能力，有独立分析和解决问题的能力。
