1、协助参与字节跳动海量文本、图像、位置信息与用户反馈数据的挖掘工作，在导师指导下探索高价值情报与特征，为POI数据的“新、准、净、全”体系建设贡献力量； 2、参与搭建融合文本、图像与空间信息的多模态知识图谱，协助推动POI实体识别与关系理解在推荐、搜索、地图等业务中的应用； 3、学习与实践前沿的自然语言处理（NLP）、计算机视觉（CV）、多模态融合及大语言模型（LLM）技术，在具体项目中提升地址理解、场景识别、语义匹配等算法能力； 4、协助支持生活服务、搜索、豆包等业务在POI方向需求建设，将技术方案转化为实际业务价值； 5、跟踪与调研国内外学术与产业界前沿发展，在团队支持下探索先进算法在地理空间智能方向的创新应用，解决真实场景中的算法问题。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、自动化、电子等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的编程基础，熟练掌握至少一门主流编程语言（如Python、C++、Java），对数据结构、算法有扎实的理解； 3、对机器学习、数据挖掘、NLP、CV、LLM等领域有浓厚兴趣，具备一定的理论基础或实践经验； 4、具备优秀的自主学习能力、逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力；沟通协作能力强，工作耐心细致，有高度的责任心； 5、能保证每周至少4天出勤，实习时长不少于3个月（6个月及以上优先）。
