1、对抖音泛知识（含财经、时政、法律等）及泛时政领域各类内容进行质量把关并进行有效评估，防范政策风险与舆情风险； 2、提炼各品类内容不同程度专业问题，输出研判意见，形成合理的分级逻辑和指导性原则，提高该领域专业度与口碑； 3、跟踪行业最新动向，分析垂直政策变化，发现业务创新及改进的潜在机会，平衡泛知识领域“内容专业性”与“用户可理解性”、泛时政领域“信息传播准确性”、“舆论引导正确性”与“社区氛围健康度”。

1、本科及以上学历，对内容平台行业现状有深入认知，熟悉泛知识垂直方向（如财经、时政、法律等）内容供需结构，或熟悉泛时政领域政策环境与舆论特点； 2、具备2年及以上视频、文字内容生产或运营经验，对优劣内容有精准判断力，文字归纳能力强，有泛知识/泛时政方向内容创作或内容编辑经验者优先； 3、对产品策划有一定了解，具备较好的目标感及清晰的逻辑思维，对数据敏感，视角多元，能深刻理解用户需求和不同领域内容调性，沟通协调推进能力强，自我驱动； 4、工作细致、踏实、严谨，具备高度的责任心和协同能力，善于学习、独立思考与总结工作经验和方法论，能适应泛知识与泛时政领域的工作需求。
