1、负责抖音生活服务整体用户增长，对生活服务交易用户规模与交易频次的持续快速增长负责； 2、负责互动玩法的日常运营、包括但不限于激励、积分等互动玩法，日常负责人群、品类、权益等数值策略的制定与迭代，为收益与经济效益负责； 3、横向对接其他合作团队的沟通与协作，通过产品迭代、权益设计、招商引资等方式扩大互动玩法的覆盖规模与收益，实现业务的收益增长与经济效益优化； 4、日常收集业务、市场等合作需求，统筹与协调需求沟通与落地； 5、与业务、产品、数据分析多团队协作，协调资源确保用户增长计划实施，跨部门项目提升整体服务体验。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上营销玩法产品或运营相关经验，有本地生活服务/电商等交易场景背景优先； 2、思路逻辑清晰，对数据敏感，有基于数据发现问题、解决问题的能力； 3、对于生活服务用户场景、商家场景有自己的理解，有较好的抽象总结与具体落地的能力； 4、自我驱动，责任心强，具备优秀的跨部门协作沟通能力。
