1、负责抖音生活服务评价作者运营体系的搭建与迭代；以“有用评价规模增长”为核心目标，通过数据驱动与策略整合，提升高价值评价的供给量与用户影响力； 2、深度洞察UGC生态，能精准拆解作者的创作动机（利益、荣誉、社交等）与生命周期阶段，并制定差异化的激励玩法与教育机制，带动创作者的健康增长与留存； 3、与内外团队（产品、算法、市场等）紧密协作，通过整合站内外资源与标杆案例打造，建立评价内容在消费侧的价值感知； 4、理解抖音内容生态，挖掘具备抖音特色的评价内容，维护高价值作者圈层，构建平台生态壁垒。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上创作者/内容/社区运营经验，有生活服务或强决策类社区经验者优先； 2、具备较强的负责人意识和判断力，能独立操盘复杂项目并为最终的业务指标（量与质）负责； 3、策略能力强，对数据极度敏感，能从海量数据中发现作者行为拐点，并迅速转化为运营策略； 4、能在模糊地带主动寻找破局点，推动跨团队共识并高效执行。
