1、负责出海客户及行业品牌广告产品及玩法建设，挖掘产品需求，推动广告投放策略深度结合，形成联动策略，为品牌对应收入负责； 2、掌握市场信息及产品动态，洞察客户的营销诉求，联动广告产品/营销科学/业务线等团队迭代品牌广告整合策略，建立切实有效的品牌营销方法论； 3、联动市场/招商/业务线等团队形成产品GTM策略，打造标杆案例并逐步实现规模化增长，提升市场认知及影响力； 4、协调公司内部资源，开发新的合作模式，完成产品文档、功能开发、数据分析跟进； 5、根据业务目标，管理和完善供需双边的相关数据建设，通过数据分析指导项目决策。

1、3年以上品牌营销/广告产品运营经验，了解国际品牌广告投放或国际品牌营销玩法优先； 2、具备强沟通协调能力、问题拆解能力、项目管理能力、数据分析能力，能够快速掌握核心信息和关键点，识别风险和问题，推动各相关方解决问题并达成目标； 3、具备强学习力、自驱力、适应力，有全球化视角，能够与全球组织无障碍沟通，达成共识并推动合作； 4、英语流利，可作为工作语言。
