日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动内控部，我们关注全球业务在开展过程中面对的风险和挑战，并辅助业务管理者建立适当的内部程序，为业务有序发展保驾护航。在这里，你将有机会学习字节跳动的多元的业务生态、理解他们运作的原理、资源调度的方式，并参与到内部管理机制的设计中。

1、从公司整体视角出发，运用数据分析、案例挖掘等风险识别等手段，围绕决策机制识别和分析问题； 2、平衡效率、效果和可行性等，设计恰当的要求、规则、流程、系统方案，支持管理要求落地； 3、沉淀方法和实践，设计相关工具，为多部门提供解决方案和经验，尤其是AI能力在企业实际运用上； 4、处理其他日常运营工作，例如咨询事项、文档编写等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，财务、审计等相关专业优先； 2、具有一定风险评估、数据分析、数据策略、产品、AI应用经验者优先； 3、具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神； 4、乐于思考，关注实际效果，能够从细节持续挖掘或总结问题； 5、具有良好的职业道德，开放心态，持续学习，不惧挑战，高度的自我驱动和结果导向。
