1、本科及以上学历； 2、热爱游戏，有较长的游戏游玩时长，有游戏行业的创作者运营/内容运营经验； 3、热爱内容，熟悉抖音等视频平台，有较强的内容敏感性，关注内容发展趋势； 4、逻辑思维好，目标感强，善于总结沉淀可复用的策略及方法论； 5、善于沟通协作，热衷与创作者打交道。
