1、负责飞连整体质量体系规划与落地，建立覆盖版本、需求、缺陷、线上风险、客户反馈的质量运营机制，持续提升研发质量与交付稳定性； 2、负责缺陷治理与质量度量建设，统一缺陷分层、状态流转、SLA、发现途径、逃逸率、覆盖率等口径，建立面向管理决策的质量看板和专项治理机制； 3、负责自动化与质量工程建设，推动接口、UI、端到端自动化与CICD门禁体系落地，完善环境、分支、执行、告警、失败消费和回灌机制，提升质量拦截效率； 4、负责跨团队质量推动，联动研发、产品、终端、基础设施和PMO团队，对重点模块和高风险版本开展质量专项治理，推动关键问题闭环和机制升级。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先；具备较强的软件工程基础和系统化质量方法论； 2、具备较丰富的QA/测试开发/质量工程经验，有复杂产品或业务线质量负责人经历；能够独立负责一条产品线或一个团队的质量方向； 3、对自动化测试、质量平台、CICD质量门禁、环境治理有实战经验，能够从工程视角设计并推动质量体系长期运转，而不是停留在脚本开发层面； 4、有缺陷治理、质量度量、线上质量运营经验，能够基于覆盖率、逃逸率、缺陷老化、发现途径等指标完成归因分析，并转化为组织动作； 5、具备较强的跨团队协作和推动能力，能在研发、产品、测试、运维、项目管理等多角色之间建立统一质量目标并推动落地； 6、对终端、客户端、企业服务、安全类产品质量问题有较强理解者优先，能处理跨端链路复杂、用户感知强、定位成本高的质量场景；具备负责人意识和业务判断力，能够在资源有限和版本压力并存的情况下识别关键风险、设定优先级，并对质量结果负责。
