1、文化研究：围绕公司组织管理战略、企业文化开展核心议题研究，通过业务访谈、标杆分析输出研究洞察支撑管理决策，支撑专题研讨与方案迭代落地，调研外部管理实践，为组织建设提供参考； 2、雇主品牌：深刻理解公司理念、招聘目标与候选人心态，围绕业务招聘需求制定雇主品牌传播策略与节奏，通过图文、视频、第三方合作等多元形式完成创意策划与高品质内容产出，运营维护各平台官方账号，持续优化渠道、内容质量与账号影响力，推动雇主品牌有效传播。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对内容有追求、标准高，创意和策划能力强，具备文案、视频创作等综合能力或至少有一项非常突出，有爆款作品的优先，有较强的内容敏锐度和用户视角，擅长从细节中挖掘优质内容，洞察候选人的需求，引起共鸣；心态开放，思路开阔灵活，对探索新事物有强大热情，有打破常规的创新精神； 3、具备扎实的访谈、研究、写作能力，擅长用AI、搜索、行业报告、社区、访谈等多种方式找到一手信息，能判断信息可信度； 4、结构化思考、能把模糊问题拆成清晰的子问题，输出有逻辑的调研报告或方案；能写出简洁、客观的研究笔记和方案文档； 5、逻辑严谨清晰，具备优秀的知识结构及探索研究能力，有好奇心，热爱研究，在管理或文化研究上有积累优先； 6、善于协调内外部资源与他人合作达成成果，英语可作为工作语言使用。
