日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、协助负责飞书整体，特别是飞书AI产品的产品营销工作； 2、对飞书各产品做市场化包装，提炼产品价值，以市场活动演讲内容、PPT、视频、文档等形式输出飞书商业化全员使用的营销材料，帮助商业化团队获客、转化； 3、对产出内容进行整理、归档、推广； 4、与飞书各产品线对接，组织分享活动，确保商业化团队对新功能、功能价值、产品对比差异点的掌握。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备较高的自驱力和敬业度，具备较强的责任心、执行力，对工作能保持较高强度的投入，热爱产品或营销工作，对工作产出追求极致； 3、有一定的有PPT设计能力、内容创作能力；有ToB内容营销经验优先；有自媒体运营经验优先； 4、地点上海，至少可连续实习6个月、每周线下实习5天； 5、具备较强的学习能力，能够在短时间内上手新工具、新工作；有较好的沟通、团队协作能力；申请时请附上作品集者（包括但不限文章、画册、视频、海报等）。
