日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音效果与创作致力于为用户打造好用智能的内容创作体验，丰富多元的特效/模板创意素材，不断的探索效果和创作的突破。这里面不乏潮流创新的效果，也有普世有趣的玩法，激发更多用户进行创作与表达。这些内容带来了更多社区互动，也更容易形成社区流行趋势，进而带来用户活跃提升。 在效果与创作团队里，我们总是关注时下最潮流前沿的效果，提供最佳的产品体验，同时严谨进行策略验证。我们的使命是引领创作潮流，激发用户创作。加入效果与创作团队，让我们一起创造“不可能”。

1、参与抖音效果与创作AIGC相关产品和策略工作，并推动项目落地； 2、主动挖掘用户需求和业务改进点，提升创作者/达人体验； 3、协助产品经理完成策略前期准备、效果评估、数据分析等其他工作； 4、与产品运营、算法研发测试等团队深入合作，确保协作团队间信息流畅和高效沟通，帮助团队高效完成目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周至少4天以上工作时间，至少连续实习3个月以上； 3、优秀的逻辑思维、数据洞察、沟通表达能力，目标和结果导向、协作和抗压能力强； 4、对AIGC、影像创作保持充分的热情和好奇心，对国内外主流内容/社区/创作/工具产品有所了解与洞察； 5、有相关产品实习或创作、创业经历优先。
