1、负责视频点播商业化策略制定与产品落地，尤其是面向模型时代的产品升级，包括播放、转码等后处理、分发等全链路、场景化解决方案； 2、通过市场分析，客户痛点跟进、终端领域前沿趋势进行分析，输出决策依据； 3、主导产品设计，参与产品研发过程，协调组织各方资源，保证产品实现和交付； 4、支持产品销售过程，提供销售素材和部分售前支撑，关注市场和趋势，对产品方向有前瞻性设计，对产品规模和收入增长负责。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上点播、直播、音视频等相关产品经验，有PaaS、SaaS、音视频To C产品相关经验优先； 2、熟悉视频领域的知识，对行业动态变化敏感度高，关注前沿技术解决方案； 3、思维活跃、学习能力强，有产品设计和商业化包装能力，具备产品理解力； 4、具备较强的团队协作和沟通能力，工作主动积极，强烈的进取心和产品主人翁意识。
