1、承接团队沉淀的成熟模型和基础能力，负责在广告、生活服务、电商等商业化安全与信任业务场景中的落地应用与扩展迭代，快速完成业务对接，通过机审策略与大/小模型能力组合推动降本增效； 2、以解决业务问题为第一目标，灵活运用大模型与传统模型方法（含数据工程、后训练、效果评估、Agent编排等全链路手段），结合业务场景快速选型与落地；持续积累实验认知，将有效方法抽象为可复用的业务治理范式，推动业务治理效率持续提升； 3、深入理解业务场景与风险逻辑，主动挖掘业务痛点，将模型能力（Router、PE、Workflow、RAG、CoT、Agent等）快速配置和定制化应用于具体业务问题，形成可复用的业务治理范式； 4、负责业务侧的模型数据建设与标注体系搭建，支持成型SOP的模型训练迭代与效果评估，保障业务需求的快速、稳定交付，维护并持续优化已上线模型在业务大盘上的准召与成本指标； 5、与跨业务线产品、运营及算法团队高效协作，将业务侧积累的真实负面案例、标注数据和需求反馈沉淀输出，形成从模型研发到业务应用的数据闭环与认知积累。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上模型运维工作经验，有内容安全/风控策略运营经验，同时具备扎实的技术功底，了解大模型基本原理，能独立完成从数据分析到模型上线的完整链路； 2、技术硬实力：熟悉主流大模型的Fine-Tuning（SFT、RL）训练方法与评估流程，掌握Prompt-Engineering及Agent框架的实际应用，对RAG、Router等工程架构有落地经验；能灵活运用传统CV、NLP模型与大模型构建完整内容治理链路，不拘泥于单一技术路线；持续关注大模型领域最新技术进展（如Harness等评测/编排框架），上手能力强，有相关技术的Demo或实践案例者优先； 3、业务软实力：具备强业务分析能力和产品思维，能够从海量案例中快速归纳业务规律并抽象为模型需求；具有"算账"意识，能够从ROI视角评估方案选型； 4、熟练掌握SQL、Python，具备独立数据分析能力；乐于拥抱新技术，能通过实验快速验证业务假设； 5、具备强负责人意识和跨团队协调能力，能高效管理多条并行项目，逻辑清晰、执行力强、有韧性。
