1、负责抖音宠物类目（含宠物食品、日用品、保健品、药品、洗护用品、水族等细分品类）的整体经营，对类目GMV、商品供给、动销商家数、用户渗透率等核心指标负责； 2、制定类目年度/季度/月度经营策略与增长路径，拆解目标并推动落地，跟踪经营数据及时调整策略； 3、识别类目增长机会点（机会品类、商品趋势、新价格带、新人群），输出品类发展规划并推动资源落地； 4、负责宠物类目商家分层运营（头部/腰部/尾部/新商家、新商品），建立商家成长体系，针对不同层级商家制定差异化运营策略； 5、深度运营品牌商家与标杆商家，打造千万级/亿级商家案例，以点带面拉动类目整体增长； 6、推动新商家、新商品入驻与冷启动，提升类目商家数量与质量，优化商家结构。

1、有电商平台宠物/行业小二经验，从0到1搭建经销商体系或渠道改革的成功项目经验； 2、具备宠物品牌/集团（如等）的渠道管理经验，理解高端品牌价格体系与授权管控逻辑； 3、熟悉宠物食品/用品/保健品/药品供应链，了解OEM/ODM、代工、贴牌等行业模式； 4、有电商平台大促（双11/618）类目操盘经验。
