1、基于行业/市场/用户需求洞察进行分析，结合国际化电商业务的特点，制定设计短、中、长期的活动计划，包含节点、热点、大促等活动，设计国际信用支付业务（BNPL）的整合营销活动方案和玩法，负责BNPL的GMV和用户量等核心指标的提升； 2、结合细分场景特点， 搭建服务于BNPL的拉新、促活等生命周期人群的运营体系，推动建立流量触点、营销工具、营销权益库，提升业务转化效率； 3、洞察用户，对已有流量触点、日常运营活动数据进度效果监测、归因，拓展内外部合作场景，获取更多的合作流量，配合营销产品落地新的增长玩法。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，有信用支付或电商行业的用户增长运营、整合营销活动经验优先； 2、逻辑清晰，有敏锐的业务意识，较强的自驱力，以目标结果为导向，有团队协作意识，能够积极推动业务合作落地； 3、能够独立操盘项目，有较强的方案设计能力和数据敏感度，资源整合能力佳； 4、具有良好的沟通、谈判能力，跨部门共建能力，富有激情、创造性和责任心，对营销玩法有自己的思考和沉淀； 5、有一定的数据分析能力，能够通过对各种运营数据的归纳、分析，发现问题并解决问题； 6、可用英语处理日常部分工作沟通，流畅使用于合作方的对接交流。
