1、对接内容生态低质治理业务，负责抖音站内低质内容（如：低成本、非原创、营销等）识别模型建设，能够独立负责模型训练全链路工作，包括但不限于大模型调用、微调、评估优化，以及机器学习和深度学习模型的训练和工程化落地； 2、深入理解业务需求与数据特征，从业务目标达成出发设计大模型或大小模型协同解决方案，通过Prompt工程、RAG、微调等技术提升内容识别、理解、内容治理等场景的应用效果，优化业务流程和效率； 3、主导大模型在业务中的创新应用，包括但不限于搭建领域适合的微调方案、设计多模型融合策略、优化模型部署上线流程，推动大模型规模化落地； 4、持续跟踪AI前沿技术动态，推动大模型与行业知识库，业务规则的结合，构建可复用的模型能力中台； 5、高效、规范管理模型项目需求，做好经验沉淀，将训练经验扩展至多业务场景，保证项目投入ROI。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、统计学专业背景，至少3年以上的内容治理、用户治理等领域解决方案经验，具备AI应用落地经验方法论，有丰富成体系的项目管理经验； 2、熟练掌握并运用Python编程语言、SQL、Pandas、Spark，了解CV/NLP/音频常用算法，具备良好的数据分析和问题解决能力，能够独立进行模型调优和性能优化； 3、熟悉掌握大模型关键技术，包括但不限于Prompt工程，微调技术、RAG等，有Hugging Face、LangChain等框架使用经验； 4、强烈的业务驱动意识，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神，愿意挑战复杂问题，具备优秀的跨团队协作能力和技术创新落地能力。
