1、核心社区与用户生态建设：负责飞书多维表格核心社区的规划与运营，建立并激活用户生态，打造高粘性、高影响力的产品社区； 2、产品营销内容与活动策划： 1）负责飞书多维表格的产品营销工作，深入理解业务目标，制定并执行GTM（Go-to-Market）策略； 2）策划、制作并推广具有传播潜力的营销内容及活动，通过创意内容实现产品的市场声量放大和用户增长； 3、生态合作与开发者关系：负责外部生态合作与开发者关系的拓展与维护，发起并牵头与关键资源（如KOL、生态伙伴、开发者社区）的合作。

1、本科及以上学历，1-3年效率工具、SaaS或AI产品领域的产品营销、社区运营经验； 2、具备优秀的表达能力、跨团队沟通能力和商务谈判技巧；有成功的从0到1社区建设经验，或现象级营销内容的操盘案例/作品集者优先； 3、AI工具深度使用者；能够熟练将AIGC、AI Agent等技术融入到内容创作、社区互动、增长实验等日常工作流中，追求效率和创新性；对AI技术发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力和独到见解； 4、社区洞察与营销网感；对工具类产品的社区运营有深刻理解，熟悉Notion、Airtable等PLG模式的社区玩法和增长模式；具备较强的内容敏感度和网感，擅长捕捉热点，创造高质量的营销内容； 5、飞书及飞书多维表格的深度使用者，认同飞书的工具文化和工作方式；对产品有强烈的探索欲和好奇心，乐于挖掘和传播产品的创新用法；工具控、效率博主优先； 6、具备较强的学习能力、执行力和结果导向意识；自驱力强，乐于接受挑战。
