1、洞察大模型（LLM）时代下数据要素流通范式的演进趋势，探索并落地隐私计算在跨机构、跨域大模型场景下的新应用、新解法； 2、针对大模型场景下特有的安全与隐私挑战（如：高质量训练语料保护、模型资产/权重保护、用户Prompt隐私、RAG数据隔离等），设计并实现创新的密码协议、算法或可信综合解决方案； 3、负责隐私计算平台的核心架构设计与研发，主导高并发、大规模隐私计算系统的建设，优化系统的性能、稳定性与可扩展性，实现数据的“可用不可见”，保障业务高速增长。

1、计算机、密码学、信息安全、人工智能等相关专业，硕士学位及以上，5年及以上安全与AI交叉技术相关工作经验； 2、具备“安全/密码学”与“AI/大模型”的交叉技术背景，在以下至少两个方向有深厚积累： 1）隐私与安全技术：掌握多方安全计算、联邦学习、现代密码学、同态加密、差分隐私或机密计算（TEE）中的一种或多种； 2）大模型与AI技术：熟悉深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch等），深入理解大模型底层架构（Transformer等），熟悉大模型的预训练、高效微调（如LoRA、PEFT）及推理加速框架； 3）分布式与工程架构：熟悉分布式计算系统（如Spark、Hadoop）、消息队列、RPC等，有云原生服务或AI算力集群实践经验； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉Linux操作系统及常见的数据结构与算法，精通以下至少一门编程语言：C/C++、Python、Go、Java； 4、具备前瞻性的跨界思考能力和业务破局能力，对数据要素流通行业趋势、大模型安全合规有深刻理解，能够独立完成从“技术洞察”到“场景解决方案”的闭环； 5、对技术有极大热情，具备优秀的复杂问题分析和解决能力，喜欢思考底层逻辑并善于归纳总结；善于沟通，具备良好的团队协作与技术攻坚能力。

加分项： 1、有大模型隐私保护实战经验； 2、熟悉或主导过业界主流隐私计算开源项目； 3、在安全顶会发表过隐私/安全相关高质量论文。
