1、面向“AI数据中心”和“云计算资源调度”等场景，理解业务需求并抽象数学模型，设计和开发高效的精确算法/启发式算法/元启发式算法进行求解； 2、探索“AI for OR”，在运筹优化算法链路中落地LLM和Agent技术，包括但不限于基于自然语言的决策引擎入口、算法结果可解释性增强。

1、具有博士学位，具备优秀的研究背景，在Data/系统/AI领域的顶会（CCF-A）有一作论文； 2、具备扎实的运筹学理论基础，精通线性规划、整数规划、组合优化等领域知识，熟练掌握至少一种商业或开源求解器（如Gurobi、CPLEX、CP-SAT等）；熟悉常用的（元）启发式算法（如遗传算法、模拟退火等）；有实际落地经验； 3、具备优秀的工程实现能力和代码规范，熟练使用Python/C++/Java等至少一种编程语言，熟悉常用数据结构与算法；具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和业务抽象能力，能够将模糊的业务需求转化为清晰的技术方案；沟通表达顺畅，团队意识强，协作能力好。

加分项 1、领域知识：了解数据中心硬件供应链的流转机制，或了解云计算产品的底层实现； 2、大模型：熟悉LLM，强化学习和LangGraph等Agent框架，具备PE调优和Agent开发的经验，对传统运筹优化和生成式AI的结合有兴趣和见解。
