1、项目全生命周期管理：配合数据解决方案产品经理，跟进数据产品、数据标注体系、数据Pipeline等项目从需求评审、排期对齐、开发落地、灰度测试到上线复盘的全流程，协调解决项目卡点，保障项目按时高质量交付； 2、需求全链路运营：对接各业务线AI开发的数据需求，完成需求的统一接收、合理性校验、优先级评估、资源匹配、流转跟进与结果反馈，建立需求闭环机制，定期同步需求处理进度，响应业务方疑问； 3、服务效能、质量与SLA管理：监控数据需求响应速度、标注交付周期、数据准确率、资源利用率等核心运营指标，通过数据分析定位效能瓶颈，推动产品、技术团队优化流程与能力，实现数据服务的降本提效；搭建数据服务SLA监控体系，明确不同类型数据服务的交付标准，跟进异常问题的根因分析与整改落地，建立风险预警机制，降低同类问题重复发生概率； 4、跨团队协同机制建设：拉通业务方、算法团队、数据工程团队、标注团队等多利益相关方的信息同步通道，组织定期同步会议，沉淀沟通协作标准，降低跨团队协同成本； 5、流程规范与知识沉淀：梳理数据服务项目运营、需求管理的标准化流程，输出运营手册、需求模板、操作指南等文档，沉淀项目最佳实践，面向数据用户群体推广数据服务使用规范。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、管理科学、信息管理、商科等相关专业优先； 2、1年及以上互联网项目运营、技术项目管理、数据运营或相关岗位工作经验； 3、具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能够对齐不同角色的诉求，推动多方共识落地； 4、对数据敏感，熟练使用Excel进行数据统计分析，掌握SQL基础查询能力，能够通过数据定位业务问题、输出优化方案； 5、具备较强的问题解决能力，能够快速响应项目突发问题，协调资源推动解决，适应业务环境； 6、具备良好的文档能力与逻辑梳理能力，能够独立完成流程规范、运营报告等材料的输出。
