1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上互联网产品运营经验，具备风控、行业运营等相关工作背景者优先； 2、具备优秀的结构化思维能力，能洞察用户痛点并把握问题本质，设计可切实落地的方案，有业务和数据分析的经验和知识，善于应用数据分析发现和挖掘问题； 3、善于交流，有良好的资源协调和沟通能力，有跨部门多方密切配合的经验和意识，需要有效协调多方资源，推落地，拿结果的实战经验； 4、具备较强的适应能力，能够自我驱动不断提升，有企业相关从业背景优先。
