1、作为巨量引擎官方私信智能客服产品，使用团队自研LLM语言模型和自定义知识库，助力广告主自动接待抖音私信，一键托管留资，提升客户服务质量和效率，降低成本； 2、理解用户深层需求、诊断诉求，在不同渠道、触点位置进行主动服务，提供合适的商品信息、购买建议； 3、主要工作内容： 1）调研并应用前沿的大规模模型高效训练/推理方案、包括不限于极致优化PE、SFT、RM、RLHF； 2）从事强化学习与大语言模型智能体（LLM-based Agent）相结合的交叉研究与应用落地。

1、机器学习、人工智能、数理统计等相关专业背景； 2、熟悉大模型的相关基础知识，具备大语言模型相关训练或推理的基础知识； 3、熟悉LLM的训练或Fine-tuning的方法，例如SFT/RLHF经验，或熟悉强化学习（RL）概念，深入了解PPO相关算法知识；接触过Agent、数字人业务加分； 4、优秀的代码工程能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握Golang或Python编程语言； 5、有激情、不畏难、乐于挑战、快速尝试，乐于了解业务知识，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力以及独立解决问题的能力。
