1、周报经营分析：定期输出游玩行业经营周报，从业绩结果、供给覆盖、内容勤奋度、履约保障、用户需求五大维度，开展全面业务诊断，精准定位业务短板、提炼核心优势，形成可落地的优化建议； 2、增长目标测算：以核心目标为导向，倒推各游玩场景（酒店、景区、旅行社、大交通）所需流量规模、供给结构覆盖水平、内容勤奋度等核心指标，制定合理的目标预期，输出可落地的动作指导方案，助力目标达成； 3、专项研究落地：围绕游玩行业核心痛点及增长需求，开展各类专项研究，但结构不优于：用户需求激发策略、售后履约端损分析及优化、供给结构优化研究、市场份额精准统计、新商家开店/新场景上线策略、产品转化漏斗分析、行业节点（节假日、旅游旺季）机会洞察等，形成专项报告并推动落地； 4、数据联动与落地：联动抖音平台相关数据资源，搭建游玩行业经营分析体系，跟踪核心指标变化，及时预警业务风险，推动分析结论、策略建议在业务端落地，跟踪落地效果并持续优化； 5、跨部门协作：配合业务、运营、供给等相关部门，提供数据支持和分析服务，协同推进游玩行业（重点酒店板块）的份额提升、业务增长及体验优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上战略研究／行业分析／经营分析经历，具备酒旅游玩行业经验优先； 2、逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强，能熟练应用各种数据处理和统计工具，包括但不限于Excel、SQL、SPSS、R；有较强的报告撰写能力； 3、沟通能力强，有责任心和执行力。
