1、资金风险洞察：研究广告业务资金风险体系，具备客户行业理解能力，判断不同行业/企业的资金风险； 2、规则设计：全局视角，设计营销场景下的风险管理体系，预防、识别、处理、复盘业务资金风险，并根据内外部环境变化与项目运行情况，定期优化策略； 3、规则落地：协同业务、产品等相关部门落地规则，保证运转，做常态数据监控及相关专项分析； 4、业务对接：深入业务，主动识别资金风险，设计应对方案。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上资金管理相关工作经验，3-5年资金管理相关经验，有业财一体化经验加分； 2、具备从0-1的业务设计和落地能力，有项目全生命周期管理经验，对项目结果负责； 3、具备分析能力，能够以事实为基础抽象出业务模型，识别策略发力点与优先级； 4、风险敏感度高，数据敏感度高，长期主义，全局思维，做事严谨，底线清晰； 5、成熟度高，理解工作的复杂度，具备平衡各方需求的能力，主动推进，追求工作价值。
