1、负责大模型相关产品的交付项目管理，保证项目按照合同约定成功交付，对项目范围、进度、成本、交付质量负责； 2、迭代规划，依据大模型产品需求和业务目标，制定详细的敏捷迭代计划，明确每个迭代周期的目标、任务、交付成果与时间节点，并能根据内外部变化及时调整迭代计划，确保项目始终朝着正确方向推进； 3、需求管理，与产品经理、研发等紧密合作，深入理解大模型相关业务需求，将其转化为可执行的开发任务，对需求进行优先级排序，有效管理需求变更，确保开发工作与业务目标一致； 4、组织项目团队及跨组织业务团队，制定项目计划、负责协调各方资源，组织产品、设计、开发、测试等团队达成项目目标，能够有效的评估项目风险，并提供合理的解决方案； 5、跟进项目进度，协调解决各个环节问题，及时发现并把控风险，确保项目保质保量如期交付；推动流程或者业务方面的效率提升和流程优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信及相关专业，3年以上AI项目管理经验，了解与主机厂的ToB工作模式，熟悉智驾及座舱等产品开发流程； 2、熟悉大模型相关产品、解决方案领域知识、研发流程等，有大模型相关产品及项目从业经验； 3、技能要求：熟练使用Jira、Confluence等敏捷项目管理工具；具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据评估项目状态和效果；掌握常见的风险管理方法和工具； 4、熟悉项目管理方法论，具备PMP/ACP等项目管理认证优先；能承受一定程度的出差或驻场工作； 5、工作积极主动，具有强烈责任心和严谨的工作作风，积极思考，不断创新，良好的协作沟通，团队精神。
