1、负责悟空浏览器搜索和分发方向产品工作，理解浏览器行业用户的需求和痛点，进行产品功能创新，针对各场景设计合理的机制策略，对规模和留存负责； 2、搜索策略优化：深度理解用户的搜索意图，结合AI能力持续提升搜索满足度，扩大搜索流量、引导深度消费； 3、分发策略优化：理解和运用好全量内容池，配合推荐构建候选，挖掘目标人群及其内容消费偏好，能够结合数据反馈输出内容判断，定位内容分发价值导向，通过多目标优化、人群模型构建等策略提升消费指标。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上策略产品相关工作经验，计算机、数学/统计学相关专业优先，有扎实的数据分析能力，逻辑能力强，有大模型、搜推策略相关项目经历优先； 2、具备较好的内容理解、用户理解、平台理解能力，至少是一个主要内容平台的深度用户； 3、有优秀的产品链路设计和数据分析能力，能够通过数据或案例发现问题、量化影响，并推动解决； 4、逻辑思维和跨团队协同落地能力强，强烈的自驱力、责任感，有复杂/创新项目优先。
